The first engine you can find in most Range Rover Sport SUVs is the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six. In both the P360 SE and P400 SE Dynamic trims, it is paired with a 48-volt hybrid system. Those combine for 355 horsepower in the former and 395 horsepower in the latter version.
This six-cylinder is also found in the Autobiography trim but is paired with a plug-in hybrid for even more fuel savings. It also is capable of a charge up to 80% in less than an hour.
Optional V8 Power
The other drivetrain option is the twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 found only in the P530 First Edition trim. It puts out a powerful 523 horsepower. It has an estimated 0-60 time of just 4.3 seconds, making it potent enough for any journey.
Enhanced Performance
All models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. The optional Stormer Handling Pack adds rear-wheel steering, allowing you to go where others cannot. Finally, with an off-road ground clearance of 11.1 inches, you can feel confident even where the pavement ends.
